Yes. To qualify for Guestbook rewards, reservations must be made directly with Highpoint Hotel — either through our website, by phone, or in person. Third-party bookings (OTA sites) are not eligible.

Guests typically receive an email notification within seven business days after checkout. Rewards are redeemed directly through your Guestbook account.

After your stay is approved, log in to your Guestbook account to choose your preferred redemption option:
